2. Scope of services
taxibuswarsaw.pl provides transport services in the field of passenger transport with licensed:
– limousines,
– vans,
– buses,
– by coach.
Additionally, we provide:
- services CONCIERGE (in cooperation with the concierge with golden keys Les Clefs d’Or),
– chauffeur services,
– organization of trips.

3. Concluding a contract at a distance or off-premises
Contracts concluded at a distance (e.g. via a website) or outside business premises (e.g. by telephone or e-mail) are covered by the right of withdrawal.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the time limit 14 days from its conclusionby submitting an appropriate declaration:
– by e-mail to the following address: info@taxibuswarsaw.pl,
– or in writing, by traditional mail.
Withdrawal Policy:
After expressing your will to withdraw from the contract, a deposit of 30% of the order value will be returned to the Customer in full.
Cancellation costs are borne by the company provided that the cancellation is made within the required deadline.
4. Payment terms
All services provided by taxibuswarsaw.pl require prior payment in accordance with the following rules:
– Deposit: a deposit of the amount is required minimum 30% of the order value, payable after acceptance of the quote and terms of service.
– Remaining amount: payable after completion of the service directly to the driver or by bank transfer based on the sales receipt.
5. Cancellation Terms
Cancellation of an order requires notification to the Administrator via email or in writing. The following rules apply:
– Cancellation more than 30 days before the service date: the deposit (30%) is fully refundable.
– Cancellation 30 to 14 days before the service date: the deposit is forfeited.
– Cancellation 14 days or less before service date: Full payment for the service is required, less fuel costs and the driver's working time proportional to the order.
6. Prepayment for foreign customers
In the case of foreign clients, companies and institutions, the following applies: 100% prepayment of the order value.
Cancellation terms are as follows: point 5 this Policy.
7. Payment methods
taxibuswarsaw.pl offers the following payment methods:
– bank transfers (including international ones),
– payment by card,
– link payments,
– BLIK,
– other available methods indicated on the website taxibuswarsaw.pl.
8. Returns and complaints
In case of complaints regarding services or payments, the Customer may contact the customer service department:
Complaints are considered in accordance with applicable law.
9. Changes to Company Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to change this Policy.
